About Attorney Steven L. Kornstein

A ttorney Steven L. Kornstein was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar on December 13, 1974 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, as well as United States Supreme Court. He has over 34 years of trial experience, including Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts, Massachusetts Superior Courts, District Courts, and Federal Courts.

Attorney Kornstein attended George Washington University in Washington, D.C. where he studied constitutional law, political science, and anthropology, and was awarded a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

Attorney Kornstein is a graduate of Suffolk University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts where he obtained his Juris Doctor Degree.

Since being admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, Attorney Kornstein has successfully handled thousands of cases and regularly handles Pre-Trial Motions, Motions for Temporary Orders, Pre-Trial Conferences, all Discovery-related matters, including Interrogatories, Document Requests, and Depositions, Trials, and Post-Trial Motions and Procedures. Attorney Kornstein is a Boston Divorce Attorney whose practice is concentrated in the areas of Family Law, Divorce and Paternity.
